I called Chesapeake Cycles and spoke with Britt about a used Indian motorcycle. In all honesty, in all of my years buying vehicles, I've never worked with a sales person as helpful, courteous, and patient as Britt. I'll definitely call him back in the future if I'm ever looking for another motorcycle.
Gotta leave the crew at Chesapeake Cycles nothing but the best review. They answered all my questions easily, provided great advice, and we're super friendly while I was purchasing a Vespa. Jim and Bennet were awesome.
The team at Chesapeake made me very comfortable with the purchase of my first bike! Jim, Jen, and Bennett are the best! Thanks so much your time and attention. Also for welcoming Milo to your location!
See you guys on the road! Kish & Milo
Today 1-8-2019 My Wife Gaye and I drove to MD to see both a Roadmaster and Vintage Chief
Brad and Jennifer who answered all of our questions about accessories, etc. Nice Folks and we
Thank them for taking the time before we drove down to send us prompt emails and a phone call in the am. A job well done by all. They explained saving such as discounts for
Fire Fighters, IMRG, etc which made a big saving on the total cost.
Well worth the trip to Chesapeake Cycles in MD from NJ.

We wish to thank John and the Staff for going out of their way to answer all of our questions
and taking the time to show us all of the bikes. We drove from NJ and it was worth the drive.
Not pushy, and great information on details, and we departed with " we will be back ".
By the way this is the second trip to visit Chesapeake Cycles for us.

I just purchased an Indian Scout Sixty from the good folks at Chesapeake Cycles. At 57 I'm a total beginner. I took the Motorcycle Safety Course a couple years ago but never jumped into making a purchase - until a week ago. I walked in and Brad shook my hand and we just chatted. No BS. No heavy sell job. But it became clear that these guys were the real deal. Brad and Mike (the Owner) and the all the rest of the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and respectful and offered no last minute surprises. They answered all my questions and made themselves available when I was ready - on my terms. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I'm thrilled with my purchase. It's the perfect bike for me; just the right size and even though it's a slightly smaller variant of the Scout it's got all the power I need. This bike rocks!! I count myself as lucky for having a shop I can trust with folks who will have my back for some time to come. Thanks guys!!
I just purchased a 2018 Scout Bobber, my very first bike, from Chesapeake Cycles and couldn’t have asked for a better first time motorcycle buying experience. From the moment I first walked in to the showroom to after finalizing the purchase, every single person I dealt with was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. At no point did they push me into buying a motorcycle nor did they try to talk me into adding to it after I bought. There was a little hiccup with the financing company but it was no fault of Chesapeake Cycles and they managed it perfectly and helped to get everything straightened out. I am beyond pleased with experience and will recommend Chesapeake Cycles to everyone I come across. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
Your staff was so patient and attentive while I picked out my accessories. My lovely wife surprised me with a new Vintage for Valentine’s Day. You guys made it the best day ever.
I started my search for a New Indian Springfield. Chesapeake Cycles had the color I wanted, so I called and was introduced to my sales representative John Toomey. John, Mike and the entire staff were awesome ! The total buying experience from this team was seamless. I had the pleasure of meeting the team on my trip to Annapolis with my wife a few weeks ago. We were treated like family and enjoyed meeting everyone.
Chesapeake Cycles represents the Indian name outstandingly ! Great product ! Great Dealership ! Welcome to the Tribe !!
Great group of people. Put me into my first Indian Chief Roadmaster after 40 years of Honda’s. Very accommodating folks. Would buy from them again.
Just rode my new 2016 Scrambler home yesterday and have to say my experience with Brad and Don was the best I have ever had with any dealership. Of course I wish I could have gotten more for my trade, but then who wouldn't? Brad did give me more than any other offer, and then even dropped one of the dealer fees and threw in the first service for free to seal the deal. The whole process was friendly and almost painless, having to write a check is never painless. To summarize, the whole crew is knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, I will go back for my next bike, and highly recommend anyone to try them also.
My Triumph Bonneville and I went down in a hit and run incident this past January. THe amount of stress that this caused me was pretty high. I decided to give Chesapeake a shot at bringing my Bonnie back to life after being treated like a dog by the "other" Triumph dealer. After meeting with Vernon regarding the repair of my bike I felt 100% confident in the willingness of Chesapeake to do the best possible job in putting my baby back on the road. These guys have a great attitude and truely seem interested in the customer. Vernon's down to earth personality helped me to forget worrying about the bike while in their hands and let me focus on my busted body. They have won me as a regular customer for sure.

I had taken my daughters 2003 Indian Scout Deluxe in for service at other locations and they stated "Bikes good or sometimes that happens because its an older bike. I brought it to Chesapeake Cycles and after a detailed inspection, they provided me a couple of pages of issues with the bike. Mike, Chad and Vern took the time to explain everything and kept me updated on the progress of the bike. Thanks to everyone at Chesapeake cycles.
Just purchased my second motorcycle from Chesapeake Cycles, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire team is outstanding. No pressure or runarounds, made my purchase easy. I had time while my paperwork was being completed to watch how the team interacts with other customers... very impressive. I highly recommend Chesapeake Cycles to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle.
There was little "pressure" to purchase from the sales staff at Chesapeake Cycles, they answered all my questions honestly. I had been stopping in from 2014 when I first heard Indian was making a serious comeback, and every bike I ever owned from 1967 was used and make by Honda. I finally pressured myself to purchase a 2016 Indian Chief Vintage, my first new bike! I received a $1000 veteran discount which didn't hurt, but the big thing is they listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me into what I didn't want. The parts and service department is very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with the owners - like friends. I.M.R.G. (Indian Motorcycle Riders Group) which meets at Chesapeake Cycles monthly also supports the friendly atmosphere. Basically I got a great ride for a good price and made some new friends along the way.
All theses reviews are 5 STARS, cant be true.... but it is. I heard the Indian Scout was being launched and found Chesapeake Cycles as my closest dealer. I attended the demo day and all the slots were taken. Being my 1st motorcycle purchase ever, I was a little intimidated. The staff made me feel right at home, answered all my questions and put no pressure on me to buy. I did chose a red Scout and could not be happier. Customer service does not end after the sale is made. Vernon and Mike are outstanding, they put the customer 1st. Don't hesitate to buy from Chesapeake Cycles, they are the best in the business.

The sales team was incredibly helpful and patient with me through he entire process. When my bike was ready, she had a full tank of premium gas and shining bright in the sun. This is a top notch place and I highly recommend them.
Two bikes in two weeks. Need I say more? I picked up my '15 Roadmaster a couple weeks ago from these guys - great people and great experience. Now, two weeks later I just closed the deal on a '15 Scout. If you're in the market for a bike you need to check these guys out.
I bought my first bike - Jackpot - from you six years ago and my wife and I just upgraded, so to speak, to an Indian Roadmaster - six years to the day. You went well out of your way to find the Roadmaster and quickly. Both experiences have been great. For me, it's as much or more about what happens after the purchase than the day you commit - the support, knowledge, service, advice, etc - all top notch. Mike, Mike, Don, Guy, Vernon, everyone - I/we very much appreciate your down-to-earth approach to the business. If you keep going this way, I hate to tell you - you'll need yet a bigger building.
Came from the eastern shore for a better deal on my 2014 XC. What I got in addition was outstanding customer SVC, and great guys in the SVC dept.
Couldn't ask for better!
Drove to Chesapeake Cycle from White Marsh MD. I had been looking on-line at a few used Victory Motorcycles. I got to the dealer and started to speak to Don who was very helpful. Mike the Manager took over and from start to finish was top notch. Mike had a lot of knowledge about the bikes I was looking at and was not pressuring me at all. I then spoke to Guy about financing and he was just as good. From there spoke to the other Mike in service and he was very helpful. What a wonderful group! I would highly recommend Chesapeake Cycle to anyone looking for a Victory, Indian, Triumph or used motorcycle. Thank you all for a wonderful buying experience!!!
Thank you for everything guys. The bike is perfect, and the ride is unbelievable! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you again Chesapeake Cycles!
The second best thing to riding a Victory, is buying one from a dealer whom treats you like a member of the family. Mark (sales), Mike (service), Frank (the brain), and Mike (the marketer) treats you like a KING, as soon as you step though the door. They always have the GOODS! Your bike always leaves there smilin
To find a dealer who is willing to work with you is great. To find one a mile down the road from your home is even better. Mark was awesome, available to answer questions and letting the bike sell itself. Thanks for continuing to be available after the sale. Greatest bike I've ever owned!
Having had work done at several dealer's from RI, CT and now MD. I couldn't be happier with the service I've received at Chesapeake. One problem that I had took several weeks to repair, but it was done right. I couldn't believe how well I was taken care of both in service provided and the repair cost. Whether its Mark, Frank or any of the Mike's I could not recommend more highly the service you'll receive.
The Greatest Dealer and Staff on Earth
I bought my Ness in April of 07. Each and every time I have been back, Mark, my salesman knows my name as soon as I come in the door. Truly a great buying and riding expirence. I even see them for my Polaris ATV needs now. Great Job Guys! Keep it up.
Mike, Mark, Thanks for our great first Victory Dealer Experience. We were very impressed with your dealership, your product knowledge, and your patience with our questions, and our demo ride. Thanks for going above and beyond by keeping an eye on Burgess, our Mini Schnauzer during our demo ride. Thanks to Mark for leading such a pleasant ride on your Kingpin Tour, and your Vision. We are actively shopping for a Victory for Diane. Look forward to seeing you during next years Annapolis Boat show week!
Great overall experience knowledable sales staff. Outstanding product just an exceptional experience, I felt right at home. I would recommend them and Victory to anyone looking to buy a new bike.
Mark made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me when I was looking for my bike. He has sold us two bikes, a Hammer in 2007 for my husband Don, and a Vegas Low for me just recently. I looked at several other bikes, new and used, and just could not go with anything but a Victory. My husband has had a few changes made to his Hammer and the service has always been great. We are always greeted with smiles when we visit. Our experience with Mark, Mike and everyone else keeps us coming back for more. We look forward to doing more business with them.
Dealer made my wife & I feel right at home, no pressure just the facts about all of our questions on the 2009 Victory Vision Tour Premium. Bought it the beginning of Nov. 2009 have put over 1200 miles on it & LOVE IT. Would recommend this dealer to anybody & everybody. Mike's & everyone thanks again for all your help.
Chesapeake Cycle is the best.My wife & I met Mike Eichhorn in Sept 09 @ Delmarva Bike Week in O.C Md.Mike took the time and explained all about how Victory builds their motorcycles to ride and last. He wasn't like some of the others we had talked to (no fast talking, high pressured saleman making us feel like their motorcycle are the only bikes to ride). So first of Nov. we stopped for a demo ride on the Vegas Low & Hammer. Mike took us out for a nice ride in the area. My wife & I both were very Impressed with both bikes, smooth ride, plenty of power, nice tone on exhaust, and handles like a dream. The bike sold itself so my wife purchased a new Vegas Low and she loves it.From the beginning we met Mike until we rolled out of Chesapeake Cycle with my wifes new Vegas Low. Mike Eichhorn,Mike in Service and Frank all have treated my wife & I like one of the family and now we are part of Chesapeake Cycle and Victorys family.(Thanks again guys) (From the other side of the Big Ditch.)

I would like to extend sincere gratitude for you taking care of my bike. From the first email correspondence I sent when still in Kansas, to the handshake and smile today in your store, I think you truly exemplify customer relations. Though I will only be stationed here for 6 months, I will gladly make the 40 minute ride out to contribute to your Victory community somehow. Happy Holidays!
My husband bought a Vision in February 09. He was so happy with it that when I was looking to trade in my 07 Suzuki Boulevard, I checked out the Victory Vegas. Mike Eichhorn and everyone made us feel very welcome. The staff is always friendly and will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. They gave me an amazing deal on a trade in and in December 09 I got the bike of my dreams- an 08 Vegas Low- beautiful Boardwalk Blue. We bought 2 Victory's in one year! I finally got to ride my new bike and it rides beautifully! What a big difference from my Suzuki! Kudos to the entire staff at Chesapeake Cycles. You won't find a better group of guys!
I can't thank The Staff enough for providing perfect Customer Service. I am a new rider, and I purchased a 2005 TC 50th ann. It took me awhile to pass the range, but I did. I consider you guys Family, and my loyalty to you is an honor.
My wife (Joanne) and I went to shop for Vespas at this dealership. The service we received from the moment we walked into the door was top-notch. We were greeted courteously and warmly. There were no pressure sales tactics. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions, and then some. Post-sales customer service and responsiveness were/are also excellent. I wish to thank Mike (in sales) for service above and beyond. I would and will highly recommend this dealership to others.
After several months of searching for my next bike I came across Chesapeake Cycles while surfing the net. I'm very glad I did. I stopped in on one of the coldest days of the winter and decided i wanted to test drive a victory. The salesman didn't hesitate and said sure c'mon let's go. Right then and there I knew I would buy my bike from there. Any dealer that dedicated to ride in the blistery cold to please a potential customer is no.1 in my book. Highly recommend!

Over the last year I have been shopping for a bike. I was headed to the HD folks to close a deal when a friend suggested I check out Victory. Thank the Lord! I found the perfect bike for me, 2006 Kingpin. My experience has been great with the bike and the dealership. Thanks to everyone for all your help.
I came in to the dealership to go on a test ride of the Jackpot. After the ride I ended up putting a deposit down on a bike. The salesman was awesome. I was interested in a 2011 Black/Indy Red Jackpot. I found out that these are very hard to come by. He said there was one coming in and he did everything he could make sure I could see it. After a few days of waiting I was finally able to see it. Needless to say I am the extremely proud owner of a 2011 Victory Jackpot. I will continue to go to Chesapeake cycles for all of my service and accessories. They have a knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Ordered and received Vespa GTV 300. Worked with Steve in Delmar. He is absolutely excellent and very customer oriented. Still waiting for my top box, on back order. Steve has kept me thoroughy informed. I can't say enough about his great personality and excellent follow up.
I purchased a 2011 Vic X-Country and I absolutely love it. As A Disabled Veteran you really appreciate when someone respects the "service to others" part of a relationship. I truly believe Chesapeake Cycles gets it, respects it and because of that I won't go any place else!
This is my 3rd bike purchase and my first Victory experience. I had stopped in for a test ride in October, had a great experience. All questions answered by a very friendly staff. Fast-forward to January and I was ready to buy one. Chesapeake Cycles sales, parts, finance staff was great. When picked up my bike I sat with Guy for no more than 15 minutes on the paper work, then it was off to a very thorough walk thorugh of my Vision and its features. I will make the 70 mile journey to see these folks for my Victory needs.
I ran up to Chesapeake during my lunch today from Arlington and was pleasently surprised. This was my first visit to the dealership and the crew there took great care of me. Once again, I go to a dealership to check it out and walk out the door with over $300 in purchases. I don't mind as this place was great, helped with some overhead costs and will definetely be bringing my Vic's in for service. The parts department made me feel confident I could install a part myself (fingers crossed) and the front desk and owner took time to chat with me. You guys rock and have made a loyal customer. I look forward to riding up when the weather gets out of the 22 degrees it was today.
You know the commercials on television that share a moment then say PRICELESS. This is exactly my experience from start to finish with Chesapeake Cycles. I purchased my Vespa sight unseen. In my area there are 5 Vespa Dealers. None of whom would match the price, deliver without payment first, and accommodate me at all like Mike Eichorn. Mike and I spoke numerous times, e mailed numerous times and trusted each other which in todays world is rare. I had an issue with the Vespa he delivered to me. He agreed the Vespa should not have had some paint flaws that I discovered. Mike did not make me fight with VESPA USA. He said he would take up the fight and delivered to me another Vespa. Would I buy another bike from them YES YES YES . Will I tell my friends to purchase from them YES YES YES. Enough said
Guy, Tim, Mike, you guys are great salesmen. It was a pleasure doing business with you. The bike is great too.
I am the PROUD owner of a 2010 Victory Vision Tour Premium. The bike that many call the best built touring bike on the planet. Being that, I wouldn't trust it being serviced by anyone but the best. I've had my bike in quite a few times for service and Mike & the group treated it as if it was their own. I have full confidence in Chesapeake and I'm a customer for life.
Guy and Kevin were great. Coming from 4 hours away made things a wee bit difficult but they helped me take care of everything before I arrived to take delivery. Very helpful and I was happy with the offers that were available. Good work guys.
Mike,Frank, and Mike have been familiar faces for years - always graciously hosting the Victory Motorcycle Club's V2V Ride . So when it came time to look at the Indian Line , I knew Mike would be the professional to go to. Took the six hour plus round trip and returned with a beautiful Springfield Blue Chieftain. Many thanks for the personal attention and help in making my purchase a painless experience. I's always a pleasure to deal with competent , knowledgeable people when making a bigger purchase.See you guys soon!
My experience at Chesapeake Cycles has been and continues to be 5 star! 30+ years of riding and I finally have the motorcycle (2011 Cross Country) I'd been searching for, and a place that not just sells you a bike but services it like they own it! 40K original miles, and still loving the complete Victory experience. In my opinion Chesapeake Cycles is the motorcycling experience the way it’s supposed to be, Integrity, character and great conversation wrapped around the best two wheels on the road. As a veteran, service to others means something special to me, and I can honestly say The Chesapeake Cycle team, gets that, honors that, in sales and service.
Let me just say that this is the first review I've written. But after the experience I had, I kind of felt obligated. If you are in the market to purchase a motorcycle, you owe it to yourself to stop by and talk to these fine folks at Chesapeake Cycles. Just a totally different way of doing business. Fantastic. Still can't believe how smooth the process was. Keep up the great job guys.
